Nice colors but composition doesn't work for me. I would have done landscape format to crop the empty sky and the horizon right at the middle.

Yes, definitely the landscape format, mainly because the empty sky is gone! Most people frown on pictures with the horizon dead center. I break this rule too but for the above image, there is little interest in the sky. Nice touch with the subtle reflected glow on the landscape format. I enjoyed your other landscape photos in your portfolio also. Happy shootin'.

Totally agree with Thai, I like more the horizontal scene, the composition fits better, is a shame you didnt had a more dramatic sky conditions Marc, surely would have increased the impact in vertical, saludos

Well then let's substitute it for the landscape format... Every opinion seems to point that way. I don't know, I sort of liked the big empty sky from the portrait format.

Marc, it's all a matter of taste... On a side note, I think you should have left the vertical image up and attached the horizontal image like you've done before instead of replacing the vertical with the horizontal. This suggestion is for the sake of those who view your photo later; the previous discussions won't help them and will be irrelevant. Just some thoughts.
