I love it, I think it's just amazing!

She really pulls being an angel off nicely.

You may want to also try one were she's touching her reflection in the water.

Keep shootin' and may the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your house.

I also want to add that I love to find good photos on here that haven't been played with on a computer.

Stay away from Photoshop and other programs like it, you don't need it.

God bless.

Personally I find the angel-wing motif to be silly and overused, but you have really managed to make art out of it! This is a beautiful photo, with excellent light, great composition and the wonderful reflection in the water. Very nice work.

What's going on with this image? The hand that is "almost" cupping her breast, is very "meaty" and sooo masculine. It's also in a most unnatural position. ????????

Hi David,

This is a fine idea, it's almost surreal. But I think the bg and the woman/angel are so close in tonality that they blend into one. Also, I don't think you need the entire reflection to make this work.

I don't know exactly how to describe it better than to show you visually:

You have a very fine image here. Congrets for that. I think ( and hope) you will do well in contests with it. In my opinion there is a slight adjustment neccessary: it is not stright. And yes, it could do with littlebit more saturation/contrast. The proposed soft is not a good solution here.

Best

Wonderful image! The lighting, composition, tonality--all excellent. As an aside, I can't imagine how difficult it was to keep her "so white" while positioning for the shoot....very well done!

I don't know where the 'angel' bit is coming from. Not with this title, anyway. 'Narcissa' is presumably a feminine Narcissus, who was so in love with himself, he drowned.

There are a few things I might do here. I would definitely remove the mud from the dress. The dark branch just above the grass line and the righ I would remove also. Simple stuff.

Not so simple is the reflection. I can't help but think how great this shot would be with a glass like reflection coming off it. The ripples break up the etherial tone of the image for me.

All in all though, it really is a beautiful shot and a wonderful concept...

It is a quite beautiful image and I love the reflection. Where did you obtain those angel wings? They are very delicate looking.

Congrats

Fantastic work. Looks so Photoshopesque but evidently just great photographic work. At last someone with the talent cut through all the pubic hair and show us all how it's supposed to be done.
