I think it is a very interesting shot. The gray gradient is quite unusual. Was it shot against the light?

nice scene and great moment, but the subjects are very dark, would be nice to make out expression in the diving boy's face for example.

It was shot with a strong light source from the right. Unfortunately the contrast was very high and its not possible to get the detail in the boy's face.

I don't think the boy's expression is that important. You have captured a great moment with terrific vitality. The silhouete feel focuses my attention on the movement of the boy. Thanks for posting the shot.

Great timing indeed, but not only... the composition is pleasing with the child in the foreground, the dark wall as a border to balance the bright light, the little heads in the water

I would have cropped/eliminated the half head on the right side.

Oh for crying out loud. It's fine. It's what it is: A picture of a boy falling through space. Beautiful capture. Memorable, even.
