St Josephs Bay

Another attempt at creating a b+w from a color pic. Outside of very

basic functions, I have very little knowledge with post stuff. I've

just now discovered masks but still don't know how to use it really.

I am using Jasc Paint Shop Pro. Should I switch Adobe?
