Maybe she's overdressed because all her other cloths are dirty.

Her dress is part of what makes this one for me. Great shot, good idea.

very good, personally I would have cropped off the far left side to remove the other dryer (vert. line & polished metal door frame) altogether, since it distracts the viewers eye. Try the cropping suggestion and see it makes the image better for you. Always crop what doesn't help your image.
