Excellent work here. I enjoy how simple it is but with great details. The paper sailboat is a fine addition to this image. Well done. Thanks for sharing.

The paper boat adds the perfect balance to the image. I really like the overall feel of this shot, partly because of the boat, and partly because of the tonal values. You have a lot of depth and detail here. Very nice work!

I'm getting feelings of drifting contentedly, but with a menacing/troubled future lurking unsuspectedly (suggested by the darker clouds top left). For me this story will not have a happy ending.

Excellent conceptual image (even if your interpretation is different from mine). The composition is perfect. The paper boat is at just the right angle to drift away. Great use of B&W.

I would like more sharpness in the foreground, but perhaps that is virtually impossible if the background is to be sharp. I wonder how different the photo would be if boat was sharp and background OOF?

Dear Randall and Dominique, thank you very much for your comments.Nice reading for me.

Actually, I don't see a happy ending either but it is worth to try even when our conditions are weak.Since it is a paper boat, it will certainly sink, the boat also knows it, but it will try.

Best wishes,

I love the picture, it makes you think... if the boat continues its course it will defy the storm that rises up in the mountains, nevertheless it still sails in that direction, love to think of that, that?s what photography should do for our lifes

Enchanting delicateness of the paper boat contrasts nicely against the strength of the mountains Mehmet. Simple white strengthens focus of boat as well in dark waters. Very thought provoking through minimalist means. Regards, Mike
