Hello Fred, this is getting towards the abstract. I like the lighting and the symmetry you have acheived here.

 

I had always hoped that a Margaux would be prepared in the wooden barrels just visible through the door, rather than the steel vats.

Well, I had to choose between horizontal or vertical parallelism. I chose the second one because otherwise, the vats would have looked like bent.

Actually, the wine is prepared in the steel vats (where it is "mixed") BEFORE being put in the wooden barrels. Those that you can see through the door are full of the 2004 millesime. Other Margaux are still "mixed" in concrete vats (no more wooden vats).
