Very original image, surreal, recalling Pink Floyd, the best among the three posted. Great choice of wide angle, the only problem could be the sharpness of the closest pigs, but with natural light, in such environment, it is really hard using a fast shutter speed.

Congratulation.

This is the best of the three. It has a good dominant subject repeated several times in several layers. The subject is well focused and lack of mevement made it sharp.

Nice work.

Sometimes I appreciate a photo for it's beauty, other times it's for it's technical expertise, and sometimes it's just because it amuses me; and this one really tickled my funny bone. And I think it has the qualities of the other reasons that make a photo successful.

Is that a long string of drool hanging off the mouth of the pig in front? If so, that's outstanding!

Yes, it actually is a long drool you noticed. I checked in the photoshop. Have to confess I did not notice it myself in the rush of the moment while shooting the pigs. The one thing I regret about this shoot, about 250 frames, that I did not use ISO 3200 to use shorter exposure times.

Oh well, one always learns.

One of the best animal shots I have ever seen. For my tastes, leave the drool. They're pigs, they're alive--that's part of what is so great about this picture. Please go back there if you can and shoot some more. This one completely blows away all normal borders in the mind concerning these animals.

This captures "pigness" perfectly. It is very nearly experiential--I'm almost afraid my knee will get wet if I get too close to the monitor. One small thing: the pig on the far left is a bit bright and could use just a little burning down. But even so it is a wonderful photograph. I wish I had taken it.
