matthew_kerr
Can anybody point me to a current flash the supports olympus OM TTL flash? If it matters, this is for use with an OM4T. It does not need to support Super-FP though it would be nice. Thanks
skip_williams
Any of the Metz flashes that use the SCA adapters will work fine with the OM cameras in Off-the-film mode. I use an 54MZ-3 and SCA 321 with my OM4t with great success. See www.metz.de for details. I think that Sunpak also had/has an adapter. preston_merchant
I use a Sunpak 266 on my OM-2sp. Works fine in TTL.
george_shihanian
No other flash will support Super-FP, AFAIK. I think your best bet would be to buy a used Olympus T-32 flash that's advertised in LN or Mint condition. There's also many Sunpaks on the used market. But, if you really want something brand new, there's a seller on ebay "camerahunter" who sells a multi-dedicated TTL flash for $39.95. It has quite a few switches built into the back that you just set one switch to select from Canon, Nikon, Minotla, Olympus, etc. I can't tell you how powerful it is, or if its a good deal at $40, but it may be good for people who have different camera systems and want an auto or TTL flash that can be used for each brand camera system. And the seller seems reliable, with a good feedback rating on almost 11,000 sales.
chris_carroll
I have a Sunpak 444d with an Olympus module I believe is still being sold. Works fine on the rare occasions I use my Olympus cameras for flash photography. The nice thing about the flash is that I can change modules for use with my EOS gear.
