Nice lens, about on par with my Tokina f2.8/135 or Jupiter 11 f4/135 for image quality. Over on the Zenit group on Yahoo there have been several positive responses about this lens. Hope this helps. h._p. Posted April 25, 2004 Share Posted April 25, 2004 I used to use one of these about twenty five years ago on a Praktica outfit. My specimen wasn't as crisp as the low cost Japanese lenses I compared it with at the time (Soligor and Photax) but it's a solid performer for all that. I found that using it with FP4 developed in Acutol for the recommended time but at 25C gave it the extra boost I felt it needed for what I was doing and produced some very acceptable shots.
