edward_watts
I noticed that when I take night shots or long exposures on my Nikon D1x, there is a lot of noise. I understand that many cameras now in the market have a noise reduction feature which helps eliminate as much noise as possible. I don't believe D1x has this feature. Is there a easy way to reduce (or possibly get rid) the amount of noise when taking night shots or long exposures on my D1x? Thanks for your help. steve_barnett2
You could try using a noise reduction software package like Neatimage.

steve_chan5
NeatImage and Noise Ninja seem to be the leading packages for noise reduction. Both have trial versions, so I suggest giving it a try.
