bob_mcdonald2
I have a Nikon F and Nikon f2. I wanted to get both refoamed and cleaned up a bit. My questions are 1) Does anyone know of a really good place to get this done in Los Angeles? I live in a western suburb but I am not sure that I trust the local shop. 2) What should I have done to them?- I am planning on taking them to Europe for the summer. by the way what does CLA mean? Thank You
john_koontz
Nikon has a service center in Torrence. CLA = Clean, lube, and adjust

cooper8168
Samy's is very good. You may also want to try Authorized Camera Service in Sherman Oaks. They are basically Nikon only and have been around forever.

robert_ades1
Try SML camera repair on Lincoln Blvd just north of Washington. He's great with older Nikon bodies (he's fixed me FE many times).
