Rolleiflex T: film under or over the roller?

I have bought a Rolleiflex T but I don't have the instrucccions.

First, I did a test with a film and I put it over the two rollers,

everything went ok: the counter worked, the crank moved gently from

shot to shot and the images are gorgeous. Now I have searched for

manuals in the net. I didn't find the T's manual but I found

Rolleicord's and other Rolleiflexes' manuals and all explain that one

must pass the film UNDER the first roller. So, yesterday I did it. I

went to take some photos and I found very, very difficult (hard) to

move the crank and I could only take eleven shots before the end of

the film.

So, must I pass the film over or under the first roller? Excuse me

for this silly question but I am new to the Rollei word.

Thank you very much

<A HREF="http://foto.no/rolleiflex/Kapittel_24.pdf"> http://foto.no/rolleiflex/Kapittel_24.pdf</A> states that your Rolleiflex T uses the same winding mechanism as the Rolleicord. And that when inserting the film "lead the end pennant over the 'gate' and OVER both rollers and insert the end into the wide slow of the take-up spool."</P>

This would contrast the method used with a Rolleiflex Automat when you need to put the film between the first set of rollers see <A HREF="http://www.photo.net/photo/161300&size=lg">http://www.photo.net/photo/161300&size=lg</A> for a picture of this.</P>

Finally, since you've tried both methods an only one worked, I'd stick with the first method. The information above does, however, seem to confirm your tests.</P>

Film over the roller. Start the film onto the take-up spool and crank until the two arrows on the film paper line-up with the two red marks at the bottom part (one red mark on each side) of the back of the opened camera. Then close the back and crank forward until it stops and then back until it stops. Your T is now ready to take twelve pictures.
