bob fowler
I recently picked up a 4X5 body that needs a lens board and a back. My problem... I have no idsea as to what make and model it is. OK, it probably wasn't the brightest move I ever made, but I'm a sucker for 4X5 monorail cameras. From the pictures, can anyone give me a clue as to what it is? Thanks, Bob Fowler<div></div>

audidudi
It looks like a Toyo D45A to me ... in fact, there's one on eBay right now so you can make the comparison yourself. Assuming that it is a D45A, it should use the same lens boards as the current Toyo 4x5 studio cameras.

dave_schneider
I have an Omega 45E that is lacking a bellows. I would thing the back would fit on this camera. Send me an e-mail if interested, I can also supply just about any Omega/Toyo boards as I no longer use that system.
paul moshay
Yes, I think it is a Toyo D45, like a wonderful old friend I used in my studio for three years before changing to the Toyo G2. All Toyo lensboards, backs and lens shades will work just fine. You made a great find. Have fun with it. Paul
