kiteipix
I have a Cambo 6X9 sc and am slowly working my way through all of the problems attendant to buying a discontinued camera. Here's one I haven't found an answer to. How do you get a polaroid back to work with this camera. Is it possible without a significant (meaning expensive) amount of modification. audidudi
This is just a guess but how about the Polaroid back from a Cambo Passportrait? I'm using one (slightly modified to adjust the position of the film plane relative to the groundglass) on my Toyo 23G...
kiteipix
Jeffrey Goggins was right on. I got a Cambo passportrait. The film plane was in perfect position. Only problem was I could only use it in the vertical position and with some difficulty there. A little modification made it work. For some reason the Passportrait has a very long slide and a very long slide transport. It was a matter of cutting these down, then cutting out a place on the locking mechanism to allow the back to fit. I now have a polaroid back for my Cambo 6X9.
