foo_foo2
See: http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=004nOH Yes seems to be the answer. I used an N65 and it just fogged the sprockets.
tcb.photo
Hi Ed The answer is Yes. I own a F100 and included a link to a photo I took with Kodak HIE. You have to be careful and bracket. Rob http://www.photo.net/photo/1835840
EricM
Rob, i understoodd it was a bad idea with the F100, the little window that shows your canister is supposed to leak I.R. Have you had this trouble? One reason i still have an F3 is because it has no such window.
ci_p
Yes. IR & F100 works just fine. I've tried lots with no problems at all. There is no ir sensor in the thing and no light leaks.
EricM
Thanks CIP, that's really helpful. I have the F90X, can IR be used in that too? I was told no cameras with the little window could be used...there's one born every minute...
tcb.photo
I've never had a light leak either, but I have carefully fitted Black electical tape to the window. I did the same thing on my Contax ST, just for safety. More importantly is to make sure you load and unload in as much darkness as possible Rob
