Sandy Vongries
Sanford, how many times have we "lost" and got back galleries? 3,4? Chill! WE can always scream & shout later!
ShunCheung
I got complaints that certain members haven't been able to post for a couple of days. Not sure what their issue is, but I noticed that it is not retaining my login. Every time I need to login to photo.net again.
Sanford
I lost it and it never came back (dedicated p/n gallery). What I need is something like Zinfolio, Smugmug, Flickr, etc...just too lazy to do the research. I would like to be free or cheap, no advertising, simple dedicated site name, drag and drop TIFFs that would automatically resize, room for 1000's of photos in a dozen categories. Any recommendations? Edited October 18 by Sanford

The effects in transition seem to impact users differently.

Any recommendations? A good 25 cent beer would be nice too, or a nickel cigar! Have to see how it shakes out - might even be better than the "good old days"!

ShunCheung
There is a very weird glitch. There is one particular thread on the Nikon Forum that I cannot reply to; it would keep on asking me to login again and again, but somehow other threads are ok: I cannot follow up to this thread, which I started a few days ago: https://www.photo.net/forums/topic/675770-new-nikon-camera-products-so-far-in-2024-one-z6iii-and-three-lenses/#comment-5963252 But this thread is ok: https://www.photo.net/forums/topic/676202-bonus-test-thread-nikon-friday/#comment-5963268
Sandy Vongries
Could it tie in to a point in time and the name glitch you described?

It is definitely related to the login glitch. Actually by now I cannot reply to either one of the two threads I mentioned, but I have no problems with the Nature Forum, where I am not asked to login again. And obviously I have no problem with this forum so far.
