danac
I'm posting this from a friends house as my wife and I are subject to a mandatory evacuation from two nearby wildfires near Lyons, Colorado. But life goes on so let's see what you saw through those Canon FD, FDn, FL and R lenses. Please share your color and black & white film and digital images from any date. Exposure details are fun and appreciated by all but not necessary. And please send some good energy to all of the folks here in the Western USA who are being impacted by wildfires. 2 A book's a great place to hide out in - Trevanian

danac
Our home is now in the clear so we're back at the house but we are still wary of a wind change. The cats are happy again so: Let's get some images up on this thread! A book's a great place to hide out in - Trevanian

jim_bielecki1
Last of my summer fair pics. One of the challenges of using a fisheye lens is keeping your fingers out of the picture area (upper left). F-1 with F 15mm fisheye, Cinestill 50D film. Remarkably little flare with this lens. Edited August 4 by jim_bielecki1
jim_bielecki1
I went out last night to watch the Perseids Meteor Shower, and was lucky enough to see a spectacular display of Northern Lights. jim_bielecki1
One more from early Monday morning (2:00 AM). The colors were extraordinary. I had to use the 17mm because the Aurora filled the entire sky.
