art waldschmidt
Fascinating, superb, composition! - seems like the optimal placement of those saturated colours counterbalanced by the surrounding darks. Everything is really working together - very cohesive, but with such inherent vitality (almost an inner motion - life). For something compounded of so few elements (stopping short of being perhaps too *minimal*) it conveys (for me, anyway) a kind of mystery usually always absent in this kind of colour image! ray .
Interesting how the shapes flatten out, especially the area with the sign on the left side of the frame.
andrew_lee2
Nice...probably not very helpful ("it looks like this, it looks like that"), but it does remind me of some of <a href="http://www.constantinemanos.com/galleries.htm" >Costa Manos'</a> color work...maybe not quite there in terms of composition, but it does have that "look." travis1
Reminds me of a younger Ralph Gibson too. I think the colour and shades here are more striking than the composition per se. I also think at this vantage point, there could be more pics to follow? thx for sharing.

pcg
Nice! If I could one thing to make it stronger, I'd turn the woman to face the camera & have the light strike her face like a sword. Perhaps you'd consider revisiting the exact location at the exact time with a model?...
stephen_jones4
This is a lovely image: intriguing; beautiful. I would lose the extra thick black border. Nice one.
