johnnnc
I have a Canon 110ED 20 that has a hazy viewfinder. It is making it hard to see when the rangefinder is matched. Does a.yone know how to open this thing up? Or, maybe, someone could direct me to information on this camera. My internet search hasn't turned up anything on how the camera is assembled. kmac
After 47 years it might be deterioration of the viewfinder parts. If you can establish otherwise and it is indeed dirt and pollution, the disassembly of the camera won't be easy. There may be lugs for clipping the main body parts together and they will have to be forced apart without breaking them. There maybe a screw or two, but where are they? - that's the question. There's one on the end of the camera, and there may be one under the hot shoe cover. There's every chance the camera could be ruined trying to get it apart, so perhaps buying another one with a clean viewfinder will be the better option. Or, ask someone on a Canon forum about the cleaning procedure.
johnnnc
Thanks, I'm new here. I didn't know about the Canon forum. I'll give that a try.
