All  these  16mm   bulk  film can be  easily cut in the dark room  into  16mm  film  rolls to be used  in  16mm  camera  such

as  Wirgin  Edixa 16  camera

To  use  them  in  Minox  8x11  camera,  it is not that  straightforward.

I   nave not  tried  to  cut    9.5mm  film  from  16mm  film,  it is  a bit  waste, rath, er  use it as is,  for  16mm cameras

As  for   Minox  camera,  I  use  a stainless  steel  roller cutter  to cut  35mm film into  three   9.5  strips

Cutting 9.2 from 16 is not something I am doing on a regular basis, for the reason you mentioned: wastage.

I have several cutter, blade and roller models both, for 35mm down to Minox format. I also have a roller, ss, cutting from 35mm to 1x 16mm and 1x Minox, which I employ every now and then.
