Incongruent Phonon Posted March 20, 2023 Share Posted March 20, 2023 Hi! i recently got a ME super. noticed that there is an additional piece of foam/felt right around the mirror hinge. outlined by the blue circle in the picture. Anyone knows how should I replace this part? Any pictures of the area would be appreciated. it is fine currently. but i'm just thinking years down the line. do like the camera a lot and wanna keep it. On the MX the hinge is right between the mirror and the viewfinder window. is the hinge on the ME super below the mirror, hidden from view? it does not seem to hinge on the foam piece or the rubber curtain that goes over it.
