eduardo_barriga
Hello my friends. Greetings from Colombia I am reviving my Minox collection of cameras and accessories. I would like to know which is the best ultra fine developer for black and white 8 x 11mm negative film Thanks a lot EDUARDO
Jochen_S
What film are you going to use? T- Max or Delta or a conventional emulsion? i would go through "the usual suspects" and settle on something I can get easily. Like Perceptol for Pan F. Or whatever magic soup your very special high res film usually gets paired with. - Disclaimer: I am no active Minox fan and a while out of the darkroom. But I firmly doubt there is one perfect fine grain developer suiting ea h and every imaginable film.
glen_h
Not specific to Minox, but for many years my favorite was, and probably still is, Diafine. I did use it for 110, which isn't so much bigger. I now also have HC-110 and TMax, which probably also work well. -- glen
Minox
Knowing the film or sensitivity you're going to use would be a good thing. I am using Rodinal, HC110 or D76, not necessarily in this order. Ilford's devs are also a choice. So, what sort of film you're using in your Minox? My Minox journey continues... www.juliantanase.com
