AJG
My 10+ year old i! Display Pro stopped working. I last used it about three weeks ago to calibrate my iMac successfully and when I went to use it today I got an error message that I had plugged in a USB device that was drawing too much power. Has anybody else had this happen, and if so, were you able to get it working again? Thanks in advance.
digitaldog
Try a different USB port. It might not supply enough power. There should be an X-rite diagnostics software you can download and test the hardware. AJG
Thanks for the suggestions--I have already tried two different USB connections--directly into the iMac and into my Xcellon powered hub that I have been using routinely for the last 6 years for calibrating. The problem is the same with both ports. I will try to download the diagnostics software tomorrow, but I'm not optimistic if the device itself is the issue
