Tony Rowlett
First image post into a forum since the upgrade. Leica Monochrom (EDIT: not M6), 75/1.4 Summilux, wide open with neutral density filter. Got the film bug, so began splashing and shaking Ilford again. 🙂 7 Backups? Tony Rowlett
OOPS! My bad, my bad..... this wasn't taken with my M6, it was taken with my Leica Monochrom, first version. Sorry about that. That's the trouble with using several cameras! Backups? We don’t need no stinking ba #.’ _ , J

wgpinc
Allancobb, I spent or maybe misspent several teenage years on the Manhattan Pier in the early fifties. Nice picture and great memories!
arthur_mcculloch2
So my contributions. Though that is a wonderful shot luistriguez, and victorgruber, bravo. And Allen Herbert, a great shot. I hope you have read Mark Twain's 'Following the Equator' (1897). The first is following an earlier post on art deco (aka drongo). A left over cinema facade in my rural hinterland. They left the facade, and turned the back into agricultural storage. Then a couple of shots from our wedding anniversary last night. We went out. The first is of the owner of the restaurant, sweating, because she and only one other worker were on - discretionary buying has dried up here. The second is of one of the other patrons. All with my monochrom and 7Artisans 50mm lens; a lens I grow to like, with all its foibles, and lack of a decent yellow filter. Keep safe.
