Tony Rowlett
I would like one, too, but I’ve recently dusted off my old M6 and have been shooting with it. After so many years of digital. It’s great. 1 Backups? We don’t need no stinking ba #.’ _ , J
gerber_van_der_graaf
Actually I think it's a mistake from Leica they re-issued the old M6 instead of the newer TTL model with the larger time adjustment knob. IMHO because of this larger knob and its opposite turn direction in combination with the meter LEDs it's a much more convenient camera. In that way it would also have been more distinct from the MP and so creating its own market. Robin Smith
I preferred the M6TTLs too, but everything retro is cool these days and the M6 mirrors the M2-M4 dial. Robin Smith
Allen Herbert
It's all about the marketing and the coin in your pocket. Nice, toy for those with the gold coins in their pockets. Cool, love the retro stuff,
Allen Herbert
M6ttl was the better option. Hey, Leica some folk actually take photos with your cameras. Yes, it true. Really, they do. Me, for one.

I want to see the M11's shutter in the film bodies. That will make them possibly the most silent film cameras ever made. This should have been done already. JDMvW
Is this some kind of time warp? I mean, Leica M6 and Popular Photography? I'm looking for the return of Kodachrome myself. Edited November 17, 2022 by JDMvW
