Image Tools (button)

I miss function for delete and edit, when you click on the button Image Tools.

Well, I believe one can do that by clicking on the "manage image" on the top right hand corner.

What I miss is the ability to "remove unwanted comments". Not suggesting that one should not accept negative critiques. The previous management added this function as a time saving addition (essentially for moderators) to cope with some of the obstrusive members who contaminate many sites such as ours.
