MartinTenbones Posted October 10, 2022 Share Posted October 10, 2022 I have a breech lock FD 135 prime lens from Vivitar which when attached to my Canon T50 or T70 isn't recognised as being in A. Aperture ring rotates fine and I press down the ball to move it into A which all feels fine but the camera still says it's not in A. Other lens work fine with both camera. Any pointers? jim_bielecki1 Posted October 11, 2022 Share Posted October 11, 2022 When you turn the aperture ring of a FD lens to the "A" position, a small pin pops out of the lens at about the 4:00 position and fits into a corresponding hole in the lens mount.
