Glenn McCreery Posted September 30, 2022 Share Posted September 30, 2022 I used the "shake reduction" filter in Photoshop CC, then separated the foreground building from the background as a separate layer. I applied the "glowing edges" filter to the background and added color to the windows in the foreground building. Michael -This was an interesting and fun choice of photos to edit.
