In severe cases, the grip has already started to crack and chip off. Maxxum is not the only camera that was afflicted by this but for this post, it will do. In 2022, 3D printing has become more common. I managed to locate the print files for the grip and I had a friend of mine print them. I removed old residue, sanded excess old glue an installed printed grips with contact cement :).
