new Nikon N75

Initial thoughts seem to indicate it's a potential replacement for the N/F65 - it addresses some of the shortcomings of the older camera and even trumps the N80 by having a vertical shutter option on the battery grip.

Hmmm, It seems to offer 3D multi-sensor flash control, which puts it on a par with Nikon's higher end bodies like the N80 and F100, and is definitely a step up from N65. This body will probably steal quite a bit of sales from the N80.

The Nikon USA site says the N75 has a pentaprism, the N80 a high eyepoint pentaprism, the N65 a pentaprism, the N55 a "penta-dach-mirror". Since they go out of their way to point out the mirror type viewfinder in the N55, I would have to believe the N75 has a glass pentaprism instead of a pentamirror setup.
