minolta Dimage scan multi pro help

Recommended Posts

I'm having issues with my Minolta scanner. When I scan at 4800 dpi the photo is cropped, but when I scan at 3200 dpi everything is normal. I restarted the scanner and the computer twice. Does anyone have any solution for this?

I'm using Vuescan on windows 10.

I tried finding the answer on the Yahoo group, but it's closed now. Thank a lot Yahoo. Does anyone know if that information was archived or if the group moved elsewhere?

It's good to hear of a Minolta scanner that continues to function (mine failed immediately with Win7 and was replaced with Nikon). Does yours function better with an older Win system?
