The works included are photographs of two northern California wetlands restoration sites, Cullinan Ranch and Guadalcanal Village. In addition to images of such typical wetlands sights as pickleweed, reeds, and water this exhibit includes photos of Archaea, a single-celled microbe which is one of the oldest life forms on earth, some three billion years old.The microbiologist who ID'd the Archaea prepared a presentation to accompany the photos. Best wishes for a successful event. David Thanks, David, it's going to be a good exhibit. The Benicia library, although small, has a separate gallery space, 12 exhibits a year.
