carlin_anderson
Is there a market for Minolta SRT 200 / 202 cameras & accessories? I inherited some equiment - here is a partial list (and I am probably not properly identifing some of it). A friend borrowed my digital camera until Thursday - pictures of all available after friday if needed. Here is what I have: a 202 camera, a 200 camera, manual, a 250 Auto Electroflash, a MC 1:2.8 25mm lens, a MC 37-105mm 1:3.5 720 lens, a MC 200mm 1:4 lens, a MD 1:2.8 f=125mm lens, a MD 1:2 f=50mm lens, a vivitar automatic tele-converter 2x-5, some type of cable with a plunger one 1 end, a kalimar haze 72mm filter?, a split focus +1 55mm, a spiralite diffuser 55mm, a spiratone mist maker, a spiratone yellow diffuser, a paragon 55 SL, a rolev magistar, a Samigon polarizer, a red hoya filter, and a tripod that collapses down to 13". unohuu
Carlin you have some reliable vintage Minolta SLR on your hands. Question is whether or not you want to make a mint or pass it on to someone who intends to use it.
marc_venton
There is a market for the equipment, but you won't "make a mint" unless you have a vary rare collectable.
douglas_green1
If it all is in working condition, that's a nice old manual camera outfit. But you don't say if it is all working. Also, are the lenses Minolta-brand lenses or some other off-brand? That makes a BIG difference in their value. I also suspect that your 25mm lens is either a 24mm, 28mm, or 35mm lens, NOT a 25mm lens, and your 125mm lens is actually a 135mm lens. Frankly, getting these details right MATTERS, if you want anyone to buy this stuff off of you.
carlin_anderson
As far as I know, everything works. Given that I know nothing about how these units work, what would be the best way to verify/validate the working condition? The 37-105 is a Rokina, the other 4 lens are all Minolta. I typed the specs that are on each lens, so if they are odd or confusing, I may have given the wrong info. I am looking to sell this, as no-one in my family or friends take an avid interest in photography except for digital or video.

carlin_anderson
Boy - that formatting didn't work too well. Add a line separator before each of the "MD or "MC".
