Jeremy Stein Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 <p>Check to see if you have the shutter button on the remote in its locked-down position. Try pushing that button down and moving it; if it pops up, you are then off the locked position and your problems should go away. ruben leal Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 <p>Also confirm if the plug connector is fully inserted into the jack on the camera: This kind of connector is prone to this kind of problems when it isn't completly inserted.<br> Additionally, remember to only insert and remove the connector when the camera is turned off, as the displacement of the plug into the jack may also trigger the camera.</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
