W/NW Pic O' the Week #48

In the U.S. we have a Thanks Giving holiday (yesterday) and though there are several narratives as to what the holiday really means and to whom, I think its a good time to thank all you participants on the thread from around the world for taking the time to share your photography on this thread. This particular thread has been on-going since way before I ever was involved and I think it may be the longest standing photo sharing thread on photo.net. Its funny that photo.net itself doesn't seem to care about this thread that much, its never on the front page of the site, but so what. So with that out of the way, lets share your favorite pic o' the week. I'll start with a summertime photo...Newport Beach Pier with a nice "rip tide" going. M7 35mm sum micron. Let see yours and again, Thanks!

Thank you for that, Barry. And I like your photo. It has a 1950s Life magazine feel to it.
I made this drive-by shot of a love hotel with my M 240 + Summilux 75/1.4. I'll assume people know or can surmise what love hotels are used for.

00dbdb-559409984.jpg.190e5bf0bcc3b843df1bbddd50c92d20.jpg

Barry, this is not the first time I hear about the "age" of Leica w/nw thread. In any event, regardless of what photo.net thinks about it, I think it's good that we keep this tradition going. So here is my entry for the week (automotive theme again). Leica MP, 35 mm Summilux f/1.4 pre-aspherical, Fuifilm Acros 100, shot wide open and glowing.

00dbdw-559410584.jpg.be8a2bd0aa0bd1e83d2af304c27408ee.jpg

Mukul, a complete Leitz table tripod definitely accredditates you for more than only lurking around;)
You did use RF cameras for half a century, didn't you?

Please don't be so harsh with yourself, this is the second time you are ruling yourself out here AFAIK.
Might be your education and honestity or you would like to retire from this POW; but on this thread I think many people are posting a DSLR pic from time to time without blushing, and it's completely ok. Always appreciated your entries! Cheers, Knut
