I currently use a D200 and have ordered (but not yet received) an SB-700. You don't need any extra hardware.<br> <br />However, the internal flash cannot do Auto FP HSS, so you MUST disable its contribution in the Commander menu (Internal group Mode set to be ---).<br> Internal flash can still be Commander, and the external remote can be HSS (if they are capable units. Both the camera and flash have to be auto-FP capable though, and if you want to use radio triggers they need to be the expensive CLS and i-TTL capable type as well.
