arlindo_barlera Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 <p>Perhaps anybody could tell me why the battery of my Rollei SLX don´t slip out smoothly from the câmera body. The battery seems to fix within the câmera and I need apply a smooth knock on the body to loose the battery. With the batteries I have, the spring contacts grip the body's pins tightly and require a little extra effort to free the battery - after which it slips out smoothly. Your suggestion was useful: as both batteries had the some issue I concluded that the problem would be the câmera, since it remained a long time with no use. Then I cleaned and polished carefuly the camera’s pins and the batteries work well. By the way, I noted that the bottom of the batteries don’t enter completely into the câmera, but it remain closed and work in normal way.
