Which Lowepro Toploader for Canon 6D + 24-105mm or 17-40mm

Recommended Posts

I want to buy a Lowepro Toploader to case to carry my camera when I go out with just one camera and one lens. I am planning to buy this bag to carry my Canon EOS 6D with the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L or the Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L. I would like to know which Toploader would fit these combos: the Pro 70AW or would I need the Toploader Zoom 55AW?

Yours sincerely,
Antonio Leandro

Antonio, I've always been a bit weary about the toploader and similar cases - the smaller LowePro Nova bags (i.e. Nova 170AW) are not a lot bigger, and give you the flexibility to carry 2 lenses, or add a flash. To me, given that they cost pretty much the same, and little difference in size and weight, they seem simply a more flexible choice.
Between these two you mention, I'd go with the Pro 70AW, or the Zoom 50AW (the 55AW seems a bit large).
