maianh
Hello everyone,
Long time ago I came across a site of a company which sells very big fabric that use for diffuser. If I am not wrong then the size is 6m (20') wide. This type of fabric is use to create light bank for shooting big things like motorbikes or cars. The company also sells chimera or some things like that.
If anyone knows the site then please give me the info.
Thanks a lot,
Anh

rodeo_joe1
Anh, in case you hadn't considered it; to fill a diffuser that big you'll need either a lot of space behind the diffuser or a lot of lighting heads. It might be better to use a large reflector panel instead, depending on the subject and lighting arrangement you have in mind.
maianh
Thanks, Matt, Rodeo, Actually I have been used large lighting diffusers many time for motorbike shooting, but mine is seamed one. I could not buy anything bigger than 1.6 meter in Vietnam. Now I moved to Canada so I think I should buy one for better results. Thanks ans regards, Anh
studio460
The best bang for the buck we've found for large nets, China silks, polysilks, and light-grid overheads is the The Rag Place, Inc., in North Hollywood, California. They will also custom-make any size at pretty reasonable prices:

The Rag Place, Inc.
13160 Raymer Street North Hollywood, CA 91605
(818) 765-3338

Standard grip equipment manufacturers who also supply large overheads include: Matthews Studio Equipment, American Grip, and Norms Studio (all located in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles).
