johnny_mcmillan
Evening everyone, New to a Mamiya and have a shoot tomorrow and have a slight newbie question here. It's relating to shooting portrait does the following viewfinder shot view what is completely in the viewfinder or will it crop it slightly? Attached image below what do the horizontal/portrait markings mean? Is that where it crops or is it to the full of the frame? http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a291/jonnymm/079b7ada.jpg Thanks in advance! jim_momary
According to the manual for the M645 1000S camera ... 94% of the film frame is visible in the viewfinder. (page 5)
The M645 Super manual says the same. (page 33)
That's all I can say.
Jim M.
Good luck on the shoot.

q.g._de_bakker
The smaller rectangles will mark the area covered by a specific sensor in a specific digital back, and are not relevant when using film.
On film, you get everything you see between the sides and the short lines extending the sides in the corners.
