marisa_leanne
The pictures of the bride are absolutely beautiful from what I can see. I didn't watch the entire slideshow, because I lost interest after seeing so many getting ready shots - maybe just a little more editing/refining down to less getting ready pictures. I didn't see any shots of the the groom and only one shot of the couple together (in the album) but maybe there were more in the slideshow that I didn't stick around to see.
chuy_perez
Impressive. What kind of equipment did you use. All shots are sharp.

david_schilling___chicago_
I really like the moments you've captured and several of the bridal portraits, especially the one in the hallway. While I like B&W, I really miss color. For the post-processing, the images look a little on the thin side and could benefit from some changes with curves, contrast, and sharpening. I've attached a before & after tweak below. It's too bad the groom's boutonnière wasn't pinned better than what it was (one of my pet peeves, I end up pinning them in over half of the weddings that I shoot). спасибо

lindamccague
Ok, now I want to know what cameras you were shooting with too. Not because of the above posters reasons, but because of the image of you with the black rapid strap on. They don't look like the usual DSLR.
Beautiful images!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really like the album too.
uaguy
Linda hi!

Its a friend of mine on that picture, not me sorry :) He was hoping to shoot some film during this wedding. One of the cameras rather Lieca M6 or some 645 Range finder. Since we weren't able to shoot outside due weather and timing he couldn't done a single shoot on film. His second cam is one of those Panasonic "mini" DLSR with a hacked firmware that enable to recored video in 1080p with very high bitrate.
Here is photo if mine

My kit is Canon 1D3, 5D2, 16-35mmL, 24mmL, 35mmL, 85mm f/1.8 and 100mm f2.8 Macro. 3x580EX-II, 4xPlus-II PW. All shoots from reception done with two flashes set up on stands. I used PW Plus II as a trigger.
uaguy
Hi David,
Thanks for your advice! The bride was really unhappy with florists work. She actually has turned to bridezilla when she saw flowers for the first time. "This is not what I have ordered!" for this reason I wasn't really after florist details. Great work tweaking the photo, but really I was looking for low contrast kinda film-look ones. I bet you got my point. Thank you anyway.
Sergey

lindamccague
Sergey,
Your work is phenominal. I looked through your enitre blog. I wish you were in Canada to shoot my sister's wedding this Fall! I won't be able to do it since I'm in the wedding party (and I'd like to enjoy the wedding).
On a side note I've visted Russia once when I was 16. Travelled the trans siberian railroad from Khabarovsk to Irkutsk.
I have bookmarked your site to come back and enjoy.
Linda
lindamccague
Do you use a lot of off camera flash in your images? I noticed that the lighting in nearly every shot (on the entire blog) had superb light.
The shots by windows I'm sure are natural light. Love them. :)
david_schilling___chicago_
Sergey, you're welcome, thanks again for the link. BTW, I found that music video I asked you about a few months ago, the song is "Who are you" by the group, Degrees. Take care :-)
wedding-photography-denver
Lovely Sergey.

And I love the low contrast film look. Reminds me of early the 1900's portraiture. Classy.
ed_te_pas
I like the antique b/w treatment. Beautiful bride and nice place to shoot a classic wedding.
