daverhaas
Jerry -

It means that the image has been corrupted or is damaged and the camera can't read it.

Is this the same D300 that was having the black outs?

Dave
jerry_milroy
Yes David it is the same camera. I just found out that the pictures in question were down loaded to the computer before i looked at them on the camera and the card i was using was not a recommended card. would any of this matter? I think i have solved the black out issue: i cleaned the contacts on the lens and camera since haveing done that i have had no issue. I used the camera for volleyball and soccer a total of about 400 pictures. With no blackouts.
