photo5
Cokin P (Professional) series is larger, designed for medium or large format cameras. I used Cokin filters a lot while in school, they were very handy. Had the GND filters, and the ND filters, and a lot more. 30 in all I think it was when I finally sold it all years ago.
kfoster70
I personally use the Z series. Im not using full frame, but I do use them on a 17-55mm DX lens all the time. No vignetting issues at all. I like the Z series because the filters are 4 x 6 inches (100mm x 150mm) which is also the same size as Lee filters, who actually make glass filters although they are expensive.
jean_yves_mead
I've found Cokin P to be fine down to 20mm (Nikon F, 20mm f/3.5 AIS) with the standard holder, a single filter, and a single hood section, provided one makes sure that the holder is level. 77mm is close to the upper limit for filter size. kiatchun_sin
I am using Cokin P series, it's okay on 24-70.
michael_reed3
I use the Z pro with my 24-70mm. With the larger filter it's easier to hand hold the filter and even feather it to soften the edge. Good luck!
