Alan Ross workshop in Yosemite

In case anyone is wondering the Ansel Adams Gallery has posted their

2003 schedule of workshops. Interestingly enough, the John Sexton

workshop slated for October 2003 has already sold out (due to a

previous waiting list?)

 

I've enrolled in the Alan Ross workshop, from April 22nd to 27th, and

was wondering if anyone else is interested in taking the workshop?

I've already booked a cabin, and so would be interested in sharing

the costs. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a cabin with bath (all

sold out), so it's effectively a tent with wooden walls :-)

I just had a one-on-one workshop with Alan a couple weeks ago at his home

and it was great. Since this one is in the field (and at the perfect time of year

for Yosemite), I'd be interested. How much and what are the details?

Due to the time of year (Spring is the busiest time of the year in Yosemite), I was unable to get a cabin w. bath - no running water at all. Cabin w/o bath is about $75 a night - I'll have to check what my reservation says.

 

Workshop itself is $650 for 6 days,

never ever stay in a cabin at yosemite during the high season, the cabins are filled with loud teenagers. it left a bad taste in my mouth for yosemite.
