sean_lulgjuraj
Hey I'm looking to try some light painting, and I like the effects some people get with the different colored LED lights, just wondering where I could purchase them, and do they usually come with a power source? or is that something people usually rig up themselves.

And the work I'm talking about is stuff like this

http://www.toxel.com/inspiration/2009/01/08/20-beautiful-examples-of-light-graffiti/
leighb
I would suggest buying a white LED flashlight and some colored plastic.

White LEDs require an electronic circuit to boost the battery voltage. It's easier to just buy the whole flashlight, then you have everything you need.

- Leigh
