l_cropper
Hello,
Having a bit of a nightmare with this set up attached.
I can achieved good even background if cropped like the attached, but the client wants them full length.
Problem is that I get a slight dark area each side of the girls on the ground, where I am bouncing my 2 lights into polly boards back into the background. So the dark area is a slight spill.
Any other ways to do this? Was thinking of big umbrella on a boom to take the background out evenly and get the girls away from it as much as i can. Quite big studio. I did know how to do this once with how im doing it now, but completely forgot. I know i can photoshop to bring whites out, but i want to get it right before it gets to PS.
Also, from the ref, is there a hair light on these girls...its hard to tell...

thanks!

ryan_k
The best seamless white tutorial I've found is by Atlanta photographer Zach Arias.
http://www.zarias.com/white-seamless-tutorial-part-1-gear-space/
There are 5 parts, and they're all excellent.

Good luck.

stevenbarall
Get a bigger hammer. You need more than two lights to light the background full height. No way around it. Good luck.
