Xinca
Hi All,
I am using Manfrotto 190CL and 484RC2 for years and very happy with them.
Recently I upgrade to 5DMK2 then I found out the head is not strong enough to support.
So I bought 488rc2 because it support 8KG.
Today I get it but I found out it won't fit in 190CL. Actually I never check whether it will fit or not becuase I think they are all Manfrotto product so how can they not fit each other?
It looks like the screw part on 190CL is too big for the hole on 488rc2.
How does this happened? Did Manfrotto change they connection screw size recently?
What I can do next? upgrade legs too? How can I make sure the legs will fit the head ?

Thanks a lot!
mark_sirota1
In the bottom of the new head there's a reducing bushing. Remove it with a slotted screwdriver.
