4 X 5 Case

Try a Stanley Fatmax toolbox, about $30, some plywood, closed cell foam (old camping pad?) and a hot glue gun. You should be able to put something pretty nice together if you're handy. For layout, I'd imagine that having the camera hanging upside down from the rail on some plywood supports would be the best option.

I improvised a case as in Sheldon's suggestion for my Calumet CC400. The right-size toolbox I found even had wheels on it! Works really well. I put metal tabs that swing away on top of plywood where the monorail sits to keep the camera secure when the box is tilted, as it is when I use those wheels.
