landon_christensen
Hey all, I was cleaning my eos 350d's focusing screen and I noticed a little copper shim that fell out. Is this needed for my camera to operate properly? Thanks Landon
PuppyDigs
The camera will operate fine without the shim. However the image in the viewfinder will look a little fuzzy on one side. Why? The shim is used to precisely position the focusing screen in the focal plane. So now one side of the focusing screen has a shim whereas the other side lacks a shim...
Sometimes the light’s all shining on me. Other times I can barely see. - Robert Hunter
